If the issues are from the accessories we will send you the free replacement by express, and you will be able to receive them in 9~20 work days. If the issue is caused by the electrical circuit, our engineer will help you to solve your problems within 1~2 work days.(please make sure using the professional electrician to install the products)Note: Damages caused by improper use, man-made damages or natural disasters are all not covered by our warranty policy.After 2 years, we still provide technical support to help you to solve the issues, but you will need to pay for the replacement and the technical support.

Each individual glass globe is hand-blown with a redraft technique, creating a dense network of bubbles under a thick layer of glass. - This collection is artisan-crafted with variations in color, pattern, and texture. No two chandeliers will appear exactly alike.
