1. Shipping Scope, Origin & Cost
Shipping Destinations: We ship to all regions across the United States.
Shipping Origin: All orders are officially fulfilled and dispatched from our local logistics facility: 356 South Ave, Suite 1A Door 10, Whitman, MA 02382, United States.
Shipping Cost & Taxes: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. All prices listed on our website are tax-inclusive. Customers will not be charged any additional sales tax or customs duties at checkout or upon delivery.
2. Order Delivery Timeline
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (MT), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT will begin processing on the following business day.
Order Handling Time: All orders undergo strict quality control and secure protective packaging for fragile items. This process takes 2 to 6 business days (Monday–Friday,excluding holidays).
Transit Time: Once dispatched, shipping to your designated USA address takes approximately 7 to 14 business days (Monday–Friday).
Please note: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates. Cut-off times indicate when an order must be placed before processing begins and may vary based on carrier routing.
3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
To ensure the safe transit of home and lighting products, we partner exclusively with trusted domestic express couriers, primarily utilizing UPS and DHL.
After placing an order, you will receive an automatic Email Order Confirmation. A second email containing your tracking number will be sent immediately when your package leaves our warehouse.
Tracking numbers generally activate within 24 hours. You can check updates on the location of your package via the carrier's official website. If you are unable to track your order, please contact our support at support@zoralamp.com.
4. Order Cancellations & Address Changes
We process orders efficiently to ensure timely transit. Adjustments or cancellations depend entirely on the specific processing node of your order:
Prior to Order Processing & Fulfillment (Within 24 Hours): If your order is within 24 hours of placement and no shipping label or tracking number has been generated yet, you can request a cancellation or shipping address modification at no charge.
Order Processed But Not Yet Shipped: If your order has exceeded 24 hours and a shipping label has already been generated or the item has been packed/produced, but has NOT yet physically departed our warehouse, a cancellation can still be processed. However, a handling fee will apply. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for specific fee details.
After Shipment / In Transit: Once a package has physically left our warehouse, the order cannot be intercepted or cancelled, as we cannot terminate logistics currently in progress. If you wish to cancel at this stage, you must wait until you receive the package and then initiate a standard return. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for the return process and associated terms.
Please note: Currently, we primarily provide Free Standard Shipping for all orders across the USA. If you have extreme time-sensitive requirements, please consult our customer support prior to purchasing, though standard transit times (7-14 business days) remain our primary guarantee.
5. Address Modifications After Shipment
Once an item has entered the transit system or has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure all shipping information is 100% correct before placing an order.
6. Damaged or Missing Items upon Delivery
Lighting products are fragile. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item arrives broken, damaged, or with missing parts, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos at support@zoralamp.com.
