You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

· The item must be in its original, unused condition.

· The item must be returned in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

If you want to initiate a refund, please contact us and we will provide you with a return address.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds:

· Customized or personalized items.

· Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

· Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping Costs

While we offer free shipping for your order, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Order Cancellation
Customized products cannot be cancelled.
For non-customized orders, you can still cancel your order after this time as long as the product has not yet shipped.

If the order has not been over 24 hours, we will issue a full refund.

If the order has been over 24 hours and the customer needs to cancel the order and the product has not yet shipped, we will charge a 15% handling fee.

Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
