If the issues are from the accessories we will send you the free replacement by express, and you will be able to receive them in 9~20 work days. If the issue is caused by the electrical circuit, our engineer will help you to solve your problems within 1~2 work days.(please make sure using the professional electrician to install the products)Note: Damages caused by improper use, man-made damages or natural disasters are all not covered by our warranty policy.After 2 years, we still provide technical support to help you to solve the issues, but you will need to pay for the replacement and the technical support.

- Adjustable drop length ranges from 25"C88.25".
- Includes five interchangeable extension rods for hanging―one 8" and four 15.75".
- Clear PVC and Copper cord measures 149�long.
